On July 31, the second meeting of Hefei Young Entrepreneurs Association was held, with more than 300 young entrepreneurs from the whole city participating. Tong Youyou, Secretary of Hefei Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Han Yan, Deputy Secretary of Hefei Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, presided over the meeting. The relevant units directly under the municipal government and the heads of the district committees of each League County (city) attended the meeting.
The meeting pointed out that in recent years, with the concern of the Municipal Committee and the Municipal Government, the Municipal Youth Enterprise Association and the League Municipal Committee have closely focused on the center, served the overall situation, actively strengthened the team building of young entrepreneurs, promoted economic and social development, and served Youth Innovation and entrepreneurship.
At present, the grand blueprint of high-quality development in Hefei is a rare development opportunity for young entrepreneurs, a great responsibility and a broad stage for one party to work hard. The meeting demanded that young entrepreneurs should have a bit of "spirit" to stimulate the spirit of hard work and entrepreneurship in their thinking and practice; have a "drive" to promote the high-quality development of Hefei in their enterprising spirit; have a "responsibility" to assume the social responsibility of enterprises in their dedicated services; and have a "cohesion" to unite and cooperate. It will play a greater role in building Hefei as a sub-center of world-class urban agglomeration in the Yangtze River Delta and an innovative capital with international influence.

The meeting heard and considered the work report of the last council, elected the leading body of the second Municipal Youth Enterprise Association, and invited 10 outstanding young entrepreneurs, such as Liu Yong, Liu Qingfeng, Wang Hai, Lu Qinshan, Lin Song, Zhou Yifan, Huang Wang, Han Dongya, Zeng Ping and Pan Baochun, to serve as counselors of the association.
Election of new members of the leadership at the meeting
After the election, Huang Baochao was elected president, Wei Jie, Xu Dahong, He Bing, Zhang Youguo, Chen Hongzhou, Yao Lei, Yuan Fei, Xia Zhenhua, Qian Jin, Tang Shanhu, You Haofang, Guo Wandong were elected vice-president, and 115 outstanding young entrepreneurs were elected as directors.

It is reported that Hefei Young Entrepreneurs Association is a city-wide non-profit social organization formed voluntarily by young entrepreneurs in Hefei. It is a bridge and link to connect young entrepreneurs. Members of the association have strong representativeness in industry types, levels, scales and geographical distribution, focusing on strategic emerging industries, science and technology industries, Rural Revitalization and other related enterprises. Among them, 104 people come from the regulated enterprises, 23 from listed companies, 6 from the world's top 500 enterprises, 9 from China's top 500 enterprises, 6 from private 500 enterprises, and 48 from the top industries. There are 148 Party organizations and 80 League organizations in the enterprises.
